She has been involved in mortgage lending with different companies from 1978 through 2013 while also working in the real estate sales arena. When the market changed, and the laws changed for both mortgage lenders and the real estate industry a decision had to be made. Should she stay in lending or real estate sales; she chose real estate sales. Why? Because Cynthia enjoyed helping home buyers search for and obtain the home of their choosing that fits their desires.
Opening Las Vegas Lifestyles Realty, LLC in 2003 with her husband Gilbert was the next step. It was a joy for Cynthia to assist her church in navigating through the home-building process of 10 new homes for first-time buyers. During that process, she worked with the buyers helping them to understand the loan application process and the responsibilities of home ownership.
Cynthia does not focus on first-time buyers only, she works with all buyers and sellers and property types, be they first-time buyers, moving up, investors, or empty nesters. Cynthia listens to your concerns and treats everyone the same; it does not matter if you are selling or buying a $120,000 condominium or an $18,000,000 compound.
